What is the Agave inulin?

The agave juice is composed of a percentage of long chains of fructose, these long chains of fructose commonly called inulin, the peculiarity of it is that during its passage through the stomach after being swallowed chains are so large that the stomach is not able to assimilate it passing them to the digestive system, this is known as soluble fiber in addition to other benefits of inulin

How is the Agave inulin process?

The first step in the production is the extraction of juice through diffusers for agave juice which obtained here with inulin compositions of 10-18%. This juice passes a filtration system for further purification and passes to demineralization process. We have installed more than 15 Agave milling diffusion equipment, which gives us the experience to get high extraction efficiencies and get the features of the product that the customer is looking for.

After obtaining the juice is passed to a stage vacuum evaporation system which removes the most amount of water without changing the properties of our product. Our experience in evaporation equipment allows us to offer low-cost solutions and high efficiency steam.

The last process is drying the inulin on spray dryer systems with this increase product life.

At the end the product is packaged to ship to the end customer.

What is the agave nectar?

The broken long chains of fructose in the juice convert it on fructose compound with concentrations from 65 to 72%. This honey or syrup has a low glycemic index and is used as a natural sweetener.

How is the Agave syrup process

Thanks to our technology in the process can have extraction efficiency up to 95% allowing us to substantial savings on our costs. This juice after passing a filtration system for further purification and demineralization which means only allows a mixture of water and inulin. We have installed more than 15 diffusers for agave, which gives us the experience to get high extraction efficiencies and get the features of the product that the customer is looking for.

After the extraction process is sent to a hydrolysis process, here is where you break the chains freeing fructose molecules in the mixture. From here it passes the same way as the inulin to a vacuum evaporation system in which water is removed without changing the properties of our product and up to concentrations of fructose from 65 to 72%.
